A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage candidate sourcing, client relationship building, and job placement. The role involves achieving KPIs and responsibilities include networking, advertising vacancies, and handling interview arrangements. Ideal candidates should possess strong networking skills and the ability to meet targets, with or without CEI certification.
Position title : Recruitment Consultant
Location: 3 Shenton Way, #07-08, Singapore 068805
Working Days: 5 days, 8 to 6 p.m.
After probation - Working hours will be 10 a.m to 5 p.m. (if hit daily KPI)
Salary : Starting with Basic $2950 + $250 KPI allowance + commission
Requirements and Skills
Candidates who are with / without CEI certified is welcome
Able to achieve target / KPI
Job Scope
Responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary, contract or permanent positions jobs with clients’ companies
Conduct networking in order to attract business from client companies and build relationships with clients
Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media
Search for candidates through Supreme HR’s database to find the right person for the employer’s vacancy; receive and review applications, arranging interviews, and short-listing candidates
Brief candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question
Prepare and edit resumes and forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
Organize interviews for the candidate as requested by the client by calling and emailing them the required details
Inform candidates about the results of their interviews
Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalize arrangements between client and candidates
Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates and career progression
Follow up on interview schedules and status with hiring manager/HR
Any ad hoc administration duties
