Sales Recruiter
  • 5 Days Role Per Week 8am-6pm/10am-5pm

  • Accessible from Downtown / Tanjong Pagar / Raffles / Shenton Way MRT

  • Basic Salary + KPI Allowances + Uncapped Commissions

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline, training provided for entry level.

Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter

  • One of the most rewarding commission and incentive scheme in recruitment industry

  • No limit cap on commission and earnings.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Team Lead, you will drive talent acquisition, recruitment needs fulfilment, support business development and act as an advisor in areas of recruitment operation solutions.

Key focus areas include:

  • Review, understand and support in the fulfilment of recruitment needs of our clients.

  • Work closely with Recruitment Managers in the coordination of workforce planning and ensure that the recruitment timelines are met.

  • Look into developing potential candidate pipeline through a variety of avenues and platforms.

  • Support in business development by introducing companies’ services to prospects.

The job Scope includes:

  • Posting of job advertisements on job portals and print media

  • Coordination of interviews (Face to face / Phone/ Zoom)

  • Qualifying of candidates through interviews, screening and reference checks
