Are you detail-oriented, numbers-savvy, and ready to kick-start your QS career in interior projects?
Join us as a Junior Quantity Surveyor and play a key role in managing costs, quotations, and tendering for exciting soft furnishing projects!

What You'll Do

Prepare cost estimates & quotations for soft furnishing packages
Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings & BOQs
Assist in tender pricing & supplier coordination
Liaise with mills, suppliers & subcontractors for pricing and lead times
Help with progress claims, variation orders & final accounts
Maintain updated costing records & materials database
Support budgeting and financial tracking for ongoing projects
️ Ensure accurate documentation for all commercial matters

What We’re Looking For

Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Construction / Building or related
0–2 years of experience (internships welcome!)
Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & quantity take-off tools
Willingness to learn & grow in a fast-paced team
️ Interest or experience in interior/soft furnishing is a plus!
