Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant working experience in the Construction industry.
• Knowledge of PSSCOC and SIA is an advantage.

• Ensure assessment of costs for all VO works.

• Material Ordering and budget tracking on quantities for main materials (e.g. rebars, tiles).
• Measurement, payment response, and evaluation of VO for the subcontractor.
• Measurement and VO submission to Client / Consultants.
• Ensure meticulous assessment of costs for all VO works.
• Advising project team on contractual rights.
• Source for suppliers/subcontractors and generate quotation reports.

Job Requirements:
