About the role

We are seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team at SENTRON ENGINEERING (S) PTE LTD' in the North-East Region. This full-time role will involve providing vital support in the surveying and cost management of construction projects.

What you'll be doing

• QS in taking tender BQ (ACMV)

• Coordinate with vendor and sub-contractor

• Request quotation from supplier

• Assist project team to prepare submission document, shop drawing, as built drawing / Operation Maintenance Manual.

• Online tender submission.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

What we're looking for

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying /Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

• At least 2 to 4 year of relevant working experience in building construction industry / ACMV services / M&E would be an added advantage

• Ability to prioritize, plan, organize and execute tasks effectively

• Computer skills in AutoCAD/ 3D & Microsoft Office

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
