Tower Research Capital is a leading quantitative trading firm with a 25+ year track record. We design high-performance electronic trading infrastructure, low-latency systems, and data platforms that support global trading teams.

We seek ambitious researchers and engineers with strong math, statistics, and programming skills in Python and C++. You'll design and test trading algorithms, explore data patterns, and build tools and simulators in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent STEM degree.
• Strong background in mathematics and statistics.
• Proficiency in back-testing and simulation.
• Solid data-mining and analysis skills, including ML.

Responsibilities

• Designing, testing, implementing and deploying trading algorithms.
• Researching high to mid frequency alphas.
• Exploring trading ideas by analyzing market data and microstructure.
• Creating tools to analyze data and developing data platforms.
• Developing libraries of analytical computations to support market data analysis and trading.
• Developing, augmenting and calibrating exchange simulators.
