Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field; strong math & stats background.
Solid Python programming skills and ability to automate workflows.
Understanding of option pricing, Greeks, and risk concepts.
Analytical, meticulous, and able to work across teams.
Independent worker with collaborative mindset.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, automate, and maintain Python-based trading, risk-management, and booking-control tools.
Improve reliability and efficiency of desk workflows with Trading, IT, Quant, and other teams.
Support and enhance existing trading infrastructure and internal tools.
Monitor risks from issuance and trading of structured products.
Review trades and positions for accuracy and discrepancy elimination.
Produce and automate risk reports and management information.
Maintain market and pricing parameters.
Support trading opportunities with Sales and Structuring.
Provide desk coverage including order taking and execution as knowledge grows.
