RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the maintenance of the Food Safety Management System.
- Assist in collecting information and data required for validation activities in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support traceability investigations into lapses in quality, hygiene standards, and non-compliance with quality standards.
- Assist in recording results of internal and external audits and organizing information for product and process quality metric management reports.
- Review supplier raw material records and results
- Prepare a sample for external laboratory testing, review, and evaluate the test results.
- Assist in maintaining Halmq (Halal) System
- Assist in regulatory affairs for local and overseas country research, inquiries, labeling review, etc.
- Assist in HPB and Halal application
- Assist with internal training support, including developing training materials and providing training assistance.
- Adhoc tasks given by Supervisors

REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher NITEC / Diploma / Professional Certificates or related field.
- Preferred with good knowledge of Quality Management System (HACCP, BRCGS, FSSC Version 6, ISO 22000)
- Good communication, Organizational and Analytical Skills
- Able to work in a team and independently
