About the opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Project Manager (Senior Associate) to support and lead business transformation initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, driving process improvement, and supporting stakeholders through strategic and operational change.
Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (technology, operations, finance, HR, etc.) to deliver project milestones and manage dependencies.
- Track progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Support governance activities including project reporting, steering committee updates, and documentation.
- Drive process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with business leaders to identify pain points and design future-state processes and solutions.
- Support change management, communication, and training efforts to ensure successful adoption.
- Support the measurement of project KPIs and benefits realization.
- Use data and insights to recommend improvements and inform decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, business transformation, or consulting.
- Proven experience managing medium-scale business or digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into operational execution.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and value creation.
