Job Summary
As a Project Management Officer (PMO), you will be establishing and maintaining project management standards, policies, and procedures. Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks to ensure successful delivery.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Developing and maintaining project management frameworks: Creating and updating project management methodologies, templates, and tools.
- Providing project management training and support: Coaching project managers, team members, and stakeholders on project management best practices.
- Managing project budgets and costs: Tracking project expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring budget compliance.
- Facilitating project meetings and workshops: Leading project meetings, workshops, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Working with various stakeholders, including project teams, functional teams, and senior leadership, to ensure project success.
