Business Development Executive (Note: this is an Operation role)

• Stable career

• Up to $3800 + variable bonus

• 5-day work week, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm

• Location: Toa Payoh

The Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions, coordinating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution.

• Oversee all aspects of project management, ensuring objectives are met within scope, timeline, and budget.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation for transparency, tracking, and future reference.

• Continuously assess and evaluate project performance to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

• Implement proactive risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues and safeguard project outcomes.

• Drive value creation throughout the deal-making process, enhancing business viability and long-term returns.

• Establish and refine operational processes and procedures to support the efficient functioning of the new business unit.

• Collaborate with senior management to evaluate and execute tenders, strategic projects, and partnership opportunities.

• Build and strengthen relationships with key partners to support business growth and operational excellence.

• Develop and launch new products and services in line with Group directives and market demands.

• Manage and nurture high-potential business units and brands, guiding them through growth and optimization phases.

• Provide consistent, data-driven updates to senior management on project status, milestones, and critical developments.

The Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Executive or Operations Executive in any service industry.

• Experience in Project Management is required.

• Projects candidates will handle include CRM Systems, Service Excellence initiatives, Internal Staff Training, and Events Management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to various audiences and contexts.

• Skilled negotiator with sharp business acumen and a strategic mindset.
