1. JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Junior Project Administrator

Occupation: PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Job Description & Requirements

Administrative work:

  1. Emphasis on ability to multi-task while focusing on time-sensitive matters.
  2. Liaise with suppliers/main contractors using calls, emails, and WhatsApp business.
  3. Paperwork: update project team Microsoft Excel records/ prepare Variation Orders on Excel for Project Engineers.
  4. Prepare, follow-up, update company and customers on the quotation/work done/payment status.
  5. QC invoices, verify and submit for next workflow.
  6. Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
  7. Positive attitude towards learning with pro-activeness.

Technical knowledge & skills to acquire while on the job (would be a bonus if candidate is relevantly experienced):

  1. Able to multi-task and yet focus on time-sensitive matters.
  2. Decent command of English.
  3. Basic standard of the usual office computer software (Office, Outlook, Excel, etc).
  4. (BONUS: Basic technical knowledge on ACMV systems.)
  5. (BONUS: Comfortable with reading CAD and using relevant software.)

Extra Info:

  1. Mondays - Fridays 8.30am-5.30pm - Office (Flexible work arrangements negotiable such as WFH after probation plus if employee meets certain requirements - feel free to enquire)
  2. Saturdays 8.30am-12.30pm - Alternate between Office and WFH (discussion with head after confirmation)
  3. Work location - Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2A
