WHAT is this role about?

As a Junior Production Specialist, you will work with fellow content creators, using the video medium to help inform, engage, and entertain our audiences about interesting people, places and communities in Singapore on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

A snippet of what you can expect to be doing on a day-to-day basis:

• Taking part in content production shoots as a key member of the crew (managing cameras, lighting and/or audio, etc.)
• Working with producers to create high-quality videos that are fit for social media
• Being proactive in solving operational and technical problems with creative solutions
• Providing basic post-production support where necessary

WHO should consider?

We are looking for someone who has a sharp sense of aesthetics, coupled with practical hands-on skills to capture compelling visuals in many different situations.

If you:

• Have technical knowledge and skills in operating cameras (especially Sony cameras)
• Have knowledge of basic lighting and audio (such as mic-ing up talents)
• Are familiar with the standard video production workflow
• Are able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Are able to use post-production tools like Adobe Premiere Pro to make basic video edits
• Are reliable and disciplined
• Have at least 1-2 years of experience in content production work
