Qualifications

You are a professional working in accountancy looking to broaden your expertise, or working on investments or fund structures and want to see the operational side? Be part of a dynamic team interfacing with all sides of the business: investments, clients, operations. Business Implementation develops and implements solutions with front functions and operational teams for Partners Group clients and investments. We are looking for a junior professional to grow our team in Singapore. You will work closely with various operational and commercial teams locally and internationally within Partners Group.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the onboarding/offboarding, transfer, and restructuring of investments.
  • Support the development and implementation of solutions for operational challenges, such as legacy portfolio transfers and restructuring of investment funds and mandates.
  • Coordinate and liaise with investment, legal, tax, and operational teams to assess operational feasibility of proposed investment structures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and service providers to ensure accurate accounting and system records.
  • Liaise with external auditors to discuss operational impacts on financial statements.
  • Collaborate with teams in the U.S., Luxembourg, Denver, and Switzerland.

What we expect

  • Accounting/Finance or equivalent degree with at least three years of experience.
  • Experience in financial/private markets industry, with exposure to operational matters and project management is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of IFRS is a plus.
  • Practical experience in audit, investment administration, or structuring areas.
  • Long-term commitment to a leading private markets investment firm and adaptability to change.
  • Strong numerical and system skills, proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and independently under pressure.
  • Self-motivated with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work across jurisdictions and negotiate effectively.
  • Well-organized, eager to learn, and a team player.
