Job description

Job scope:

• Prepare monthly product updates in both emails and Echonet.
• Support in reporting to central.
• Assist in risk control quarterly reporting and coordinate with the portfolio guardian.
• Prepare customized and standard investment proposals for prospects.
• Create portfolio review presentations for clients and business trips.
• Support the monthly RM team update paper.
• Assist in documentation for new product launches.
• Support marketing efforts such as RM/IC team meetings.
• Coordinate to ensure coherence of marketing efforts across sites and within investment services.
• Perform simulated portfolio return presentations for tailored solutions when required.
• Report marketing activities statistics regularly to central.
• Assist in investment analysis for tailored portfolios as needed.
• Gather intelligence on initiatives in other sites for use in Asia.
• Post materials on Echonet.
• Support the development of the new selling guide and suitability matrix.
• Organize to ensure consistency of marketing materials between Singapore and Hong Kong.
• Participate in training for contract staff to progress to Junior Portfolio Manager roles.
• Provide opportunities for contract staff to discuss fundamental analysis and stock selection with Portfolio Managers.
• Familiarize with key products and management strategies relevant to Asia products.

Active participation in selected projects is also expected.
