Job summary

EXCELTECH COMPUTERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a PMO with a finance background to support financial reporting and budgeting tasks. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of experience, solid accounting knowledge, and can prepare reports, accruals, closing, and prepayments.

Forecasting and budgeting support will be provided on the job. The role includes producing PowerPoint presentations and using Excel to track costs across projects and cost centres.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have accounting knowledge and financial principles.
• At least 3–4 years of experience; junior preferred.
• Banking or financial industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports, accruals, closing, and prepayments.

PMO (finance background)

We prefer junior with 3 to 4 years experiences. Candidates must have accounting knowledge in term of financial principles, prepare financial report, accruals, closing, prepayment. Forecast and budgeting support can be on the job training.

Powerpoint :-

• To do presentation slides

Excel :-

• VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP- match project codes, cost centres, GL codes, resource names and budget owners.
• SUMIF / SUMIFS- calculate costs by project, month, team, Build/Operate category or cost type.
• Degree / Diploma holder in Business / Finance / Accounting or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in banking or financial industry would be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Good accounting knowledge in terms of financial principles
