Job description

Job Description:

  • Work closely with PMO lead to support billing and procurement activities
  • Facilitate the onboarding/offboarding of resources for the project
  • Manage the project calendar/meetings and travel arrangements between project and client site
  • Manage project / office assets and is responsible for the procurement of office facilities as and when it is required
  • Preparation of meeting decks to be sent to client on time, tracking of deliverables, financial, procurement and inventory/assets management
  • Collating and generating reports, ensuring the team complies with client data protection, initiating and managing process improvements, maintenance of project site office facilities.
  • Take minutes during client meetings when required

Requirements:

  • Experienced in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint and other Microsoft Office Application
  • Experienced in dealing with senior stakeholder
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
