Provide administrative and technical assistance on calendar management, organization of business travel, expenses claim, mailing and courier arrangements and other business-related activities.
Manage and organize documents, including filing, scanning and record-keeping for the CEO office.
Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Corporate Matters: Assist in maintaining corporate governance documentations.
Assist in preparing board meeting including snacks and lunch arrangement.
Assist in Annual Corporate events i.e. Analyst Briefing, AGM & EGM.
Support the supervisor in liaising with regulators, auditors, and Company Secretary for governance and board matters.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE A-Level or equivalent
Entry level is welcome to apply (training will be provided)
Strong administrative skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
A team player with positive working attitude and initiatives
Able to multi-task & prioritize work to meet deadline
