We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who can transform a creative vision into structured, measurable marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement systematic marketing operations to translate the brand positioning into actionable and measurable campaigns.
  • Develop and manage structured workflows (ClickUp, HubSpot), content calendars, and campaign timelines across organic and paid channels. (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google ads)
  • Define clear KPIs and performance metrics, track outcomes consistently, and optimize campaigns based on analytical insights.
  • Ensure accountability and high-quality execution through precise project management and detailed follow-up.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Art Director, Designer, and Editor, to ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing assets.
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently, maximizing impact within designated spend.
  • Clearly communicate and coordinate marketing objectives and timelines with agency partners, vendors, and freelance crews, ensuring alignment and efficient resource management
