Position

In a challenging and multicultural environment, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Cash Management IT department. The role involves leading a team of Business Analysts for the implementation of Cash Management solutions in the Asia region for Crédit Agricole CIB’s Cash Management System.

Main Responsibilities

Functional Skills

Preliminary studies and analysis, including leading user workshops:

• Analyze and structure new requirements with stakeholders to deliver appropriate solutions and integrate them into the overall program
• Focus on gathering core requirements beyond stated needs and placing them within a broader context
• Ensure all solutions respect standards and promote mutualization and reuse across sites
• Approach requirements from a global perspective, considering specific regional regulatory, tax, or accounting needs

Qualifications and Profile

Strong functional knowledge of Domestic & International Payments with the ability to configure in-house solutions:

• Experience with payment systems, Payments Hub, Clearing and Settlement, ACH channels
• Knowledge of payment products such as TT, RTGS, LVP, Payroll, Cheque, DD, Cashier Order, Mass & Bulk payments
• Experience with SWIFT interfacing
• Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), functional, and system integration testing of banking applications
• Additional experience in Retail Banking, Wholesale & Corporate Banking, Payments, Cash & Liquidity Management, Compliance/AML, FX, Messaging, and Trade Finance is a plus
