The Role
Winvesta is seeking a motivated Junior Partnership Manager to join our team.
Location: Mahalaxmi, Mumbai
Experience: 3-6 years
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow target strategic partners across industries to enhance user acquisition through corporate tie-ups.
- Build a pipeline of opportunities for alliances resulting in incremental revenue.
- Understand targeted partners and develop unique value propositions for partnerships.
- Manage end-to-end partnership processes, including negotiations, scoping business activities, and coordinating with internal teams to drive projects to completion.
- Source new partnerships and expand existing accounts to meet growth targets.
- Build frameworks to manage and scale partner channels.
- Ensure a steady pipeline for B2B partnerships that support the company's deal acquisition strategy.
- Conceptualize and execute co-visibility campaigns with brand partners across SaaS, BFSI, B2B sectors.
- Develop metrics to measure ROI from partnerships and monitor KPIs.
- Collaborate with the CEO and cross-functional teams to maximize sales potential.
Requirements
- MBA or equivalent from a reputable institution.
- 3-6 years of relevant industry experience, especially in B2B partnerships.
- Proven experience in the fintech sector with a good understanding of fintech products and services.
- Experience handling CXO-level conversations and building relationships with industry leaders.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and metrics for strategic decisions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with a strong sense of ownership.
