Seeking a Junior Operations Executive with 1 year of experience in Paper Trading/Commodities- OTC Derivatives operations

About the Company

This rapidly growing company specializes in various financial products. They are currently looking for a Junior Operations Executive to join their Operations team.

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure all trades are accurately recorded in reports.
2. Send compliance reports to ASIC and MAS.
3. Ensure adherence to reporting requirements for OTC derivatives.
4. Reconcile and ensure completeness of transactions, addressing mismatches or mapping issues.
5. Participate in system process improvements.
6. Resolve operational issues promptly.
7. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, International Finance, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in Paper Trading/Commodities OTC Derivatives operations.
• Proficient in VBA, Macros, Excel, or other relevant IT skills.
• Efficient, capable of multitasking, team-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
