Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Handling daily operations related to Cross trade freight forwarding.
2. Co-ordination of import and export operations to ensure smooth delivery of shipments within the timeline set by clients.
3. Interact with overseas or local Vendors/Clients on email and phone.
4. Verifying purchases and preparing sales invoices for clients.
5. Data entry into Freight Management System.
6. Sending quotes as per client requests.
7. Any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
2. 1 - 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding operations is an added advantage.
3. Only Singaporeans are preferred.
