Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and enthusiastic Junior Office Administrator to support our day-to-day administrative and operational activities. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, product and client-focused business environment. You will play an important role in ensuring smooth internal operations and excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general office administration tasks, including filing, data entry, scanning, and organizing documents
  • Process orders, invoices, and returns using inventory or accounting software
  • Support the sales and marketing teams with administrative tasks and follow-ups
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate departments
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure workspaces are clean and well-stocked
  • Help coordinate shipping logistics and prepare shipping labels when needed
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, training sessions, and internal events
  • Provide administrative and on-site support for company events and trainings
  • Maintaining and updating information and documents in company’s systems / information libraries
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Office Manager or team leads

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Preferably able to speak Mandarin.
  • O Levels or equivalent.
  • 1 year of office experience preferred (internships or part-time roles accepted)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Conscientious and responsible.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with good time-management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and understand basics about professional skincare products and beauty industry
