Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Junior Merchandising Manager to join Challenger Technologies Limited. This position reports directly to the Head of Merchandising and plays a crucial role in managing product selection, supplier relationships, and sales performance.

Working days: Monday - Fridays

Working hours: 9 AM - 6.30 PM

Job Description:

  • Purchasing and sourcing of new products.
  • Prepare and raise purchase orders and other buying admin tasks.
  • Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships.
  • Able to achieve set targets.
  • Able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Demonstrate initiative, flexibility and problem solving skills in a changing & dynamic environment.
  • Able to work independently and with other departments to deliver stellar results.
  • Support internal stakeholders and communicate any potential issues that may impact on business operations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor strategies.
  • Prepare reports and updates as and when required.
  • Other adhoc duties by your supervisor when needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business/relevant courses
  • With merchandising experience.
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Office
  • Good communication skills and team player
  • Good working attitude
