Job description

Responsibilities:

• Perform blood collection using venipuncture, capillary collection, and heel pricks, as well as ECG procedures in a professional and timely manner
• Conduct Point of Care Testing (e.g., glucose, Prothrombin Time) and laboratory tests such as urinalysis, full blood count, HbA1c, and microscopic examinations
• Ensure proper identification, handling, processing, and storage of specimens in accordance with good laboratory practices
• Verify and validate test results, identify discrepancies, and carry out corrective actions when necessary
• Maintain laboratory equipment, perform quality controls, and comply with safety, hygiene, IPSG, ISO, and documentation standards

Requirements:

• Recognized Diploma in Medical Technology or related Science field
• At least 1 year experience in laboratory environment and/or relevant experience in phlebotomy preferred
• Good patient relation and communication skills
• Good team player and self-motivated
• Able to work under fast paced environment
