About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Mechanical Engineer who wants to grow through real project exposure.
You will support technical coordination, drawing reviews, and site issue resolution across fabrication and installation projects.
This role is hands-on. You won’t be stuck behind a desk. You’ll work with experienced engineers, project managers, and drafters to see how your technical input impacts the actual build.
What You Will Be Doing
• Assist in preparing and reviewing shop drawings
• Support coordination with QS, PMs, and drafting team
• Attend site to verify technical dimensions and resolve installation concerns
• Follow up on drawing markups and technical issues from consultants or site
• Help highlight design or buildability gaps before fabrication
• Improve technical tracking and drawing documentation
What We Are Looking For
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Specialist Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (MEC) approved by BCA
• 1 to 2 years relevant experience in construction, fabrication, or project engineering
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans
• Willing to visit site or factory and solve problems practically
• Responsible, eager to learn, and able to follow up independently
• Basic Excel, AutoCAD knowledge preferred
