Job summary

cray ventures private limited is seeking a hands-on Junior/Senior Marketing Executive in Singapore to drive campaign execution from brief to launch across social, in-app, in-store and influencer channels.

You will own timelines, content coordination, and influencer relationships, seeing campaigns live with monthly customer exposure. Fresh grads welcome; seniors bring 3–5 years in campaign execution or brand marketing.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of marketing experience; Fresh graduates with internship or strong content portfolio welcome.
• Senior: 3–5 years in campaign execution, social media or brand marketing.
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
• Hands-on content capability: shoot, edit and write for social platforms (CapCut or similar editing skills valued).
• Experience managing influencer or KOL collaborations.
• Strong coordination skills: keep multiple workstreams on track and proactive communication when timelines are at risk.
• Comfortable with data: read campaign metrics and explain what they mean.
• Experience in F&B, FMCG, retail or lifestyle brands is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva is a bonus.
• Genuine interest in the F&B and bubble tea space, active on the platforms our customers live on.

Responsibilities

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end across digital and offline channels: coordinate timelines, brief designers, track deliverables, and ensure on-time launches.
• Coordinate promotional mechanics across the app, in-store displays, social media, CRM/EDM and influencer activity, working with our outlets team to ensure accurate in-store setup.
• File post-campaign reports covering performance, learnings and recommendations.
• Plan and produce content for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms: content calendar, shooting, editing, captions and scheduling.
• Grow engagement through trend-aware, brand-right content and community interaction.
• Support content needs for campaigns, outlet openings and events.
• Own the influencer pipeline: sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, content approval and performance tracking.
• Build and maintain our creator roster across tiers, with clear records of rates and results.
• Track and report campaign and channel performance metrics.
• Turn data into recommendations: what to repeat, what to change, what to stop.
• Monitor competitor activity, category trends and emerging channels.
• Propose ideas that strengthen our brand positioning and customer engagement.
