Job summary

• Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery activities to support timely order fulfilment.
• Support route planning and delivery scheduling to improve delivery efficiency and truck utilization.
• Collaborate with delivery contractors and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor delivery performance, service levels, and KPIs.
• Analyze operational data and support process improvement recommendations.
• Support manpower planning and deployment of delivery resources.
• Follow up on incomplete or unsettled deliveries and assist timely resolution.
• Assist with operational reporting, dashboard updates, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and other teams to support delivery priorities.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and safety requirements.

What You 'll Do

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day delivery operations by coordinating dispatch activities, optimizing delivery routes, and working closely with internal teams and logistics partners. You will play a key role in improving delivery performance, truck utilization, and operational efficiency while ensuring excellent customer service.

What You Bring

• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or distribution. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship or practical exposure in logistics, distribution, operations, or FMCG would be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a customer-focused mindset.
