Job description

  • Location : Mandai , 5.5 work week
  • Reports to Project Director
  • Quantity Survey for Subcontract Works (Civil)

Job Duties and Requirements :

  • Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering and currently reside in Singapore
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking co-workers n subcontractors.
  • Minimum 1 years of working experience in quantity surveying and good hands-on experience in using MS Office, AutoCAD
  • Prepare project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing, and material specifications & other documents.
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation order, and finalization of accounts
  • Manage subcontract issues from time to time
  • Attend site meetings for site progress coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making leading to successful project completion.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
