Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to assist with subcontract works and project tender submissions. Responsibilities include preparing monthly claims and attending site meetings for project oversight. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering and at least 1 year of experience. Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese are essential for this role.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Reports to Project Director
• Quantity Survey for Subcontract Works (Civil)
• Prepare project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing, and material specifications & other documents.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, VO, and finalization of accounts
• Attend site meetings for site progress coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making leading to successful project completion.
• Communicate with Chinese and English speaking sub contractors on site issues from time to time.

• Minimum 1 years of working experience in quantity surveying

• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD
