Job summary

DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent corporate lawyer to support market expansion and provide practical legal advice across assigned markets.

You will handle day-to-day commercial matters, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and local regulatory requirements. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and platform policies, assessing legal risks, and delivering training to business teams to strengthen compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Law from a reputable university.
• 1-3 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in internet/platform/tech or multinational firms.
• Strong interest in technology, innovation, and fast-paced commercial environments.
• Solid understanding of commercial contracts, regulatory matters, and corporate legal issues.

Responsibilities

• Support market expansion and business operations across assigned markets with legal research and practical advice.
• Provide day-to-day legal support on commercial matters, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and local regulatory requirements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, platform policies, and other legal documents.
• Identify and assess legal and compliance risks arising from business activities and develop practical solutions with stakeholders.
• Handle complex or sensitive matters, including employee relations, customer disputes, complaints, regulatory issues, and unexpected incidents.
• Monitor changes in local laws and communicate developments to business teams.
• Coordinate with external counsel and other advisors as needed.
• Develop and deliver legal and compliance guidelines and training to strengthen overall compliance awareness.

• Monitor changes in local laws, regulations, and regulatory policies, and communicate key developments and implications to relevant business teams.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and other professional advisors where necessary.
• Develop and deliver legal and compliance guidelines and training to business teams to strengthen overall compliance awareness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Law from a reputable university.
• 1-3 years of relevant legal experience , ideally gained in an internet/platform company, technology company, multinational corporation, or reputable law firm.
• Strong interest in technology, innovation, and fast-paced commercial environments.
• Solid understanding of commercial contracts, regulatory matters, and general corporate legal issues.
• Ability to independently identify and assess legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred

• Experience supporting businesses across multiple jurisdictions or markets.
• Prior experience in a technology, internet platform, fintech, e-commerce, or other fast-growing business.
• Experience working with external counsel and regulatory authorities.
