Job Title: Junior L2 Production Support

Job Summary:

We seek a dynamic and committed Java J2EE Application Support Engineer with at least 1 year of experience in application support or development, eager to grow in a challenging and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have strong Java, Unix, and SQL knowledge, with a keen interest in learning and taking ownership of responsibilities.

• Recent experience working with Java J2EE applications
• Minimum 1 year experience in application support or development, with good knowledge of Java, Unix, SQL
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java/J2EE
• Experience with Unix commands, SQL queries
• Knowledge of web applications, batch jobs, JBOSS, MariaDB, SQL, Shell scripting
• Knowledge of job scheduling, MQ setup, C:D setup is a plus
• Exposure to banking industry is a plus
• Dynamic individual with a thirst to learn
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ownership-oriented with the ability to meet SLAs without compromising work quality

Requirements:

• Graduate in IT or Computer Science
• IT background with intermediate knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL and Linux
• Eagerness to learn and perform with commitment

Shift Work Details:

1. Allowance included in the monthly salary
2. Transport claims applicable before 7am (morning shift 6am-3pm) and after 11pm (afternoon shift 2pm-11pm)
3. Shift Timings:
4. Morning shift: 6am to 3pm
5. General shift: 9am to 6pm
6. Afternoon shift: 2pm to 11pm
7. Night shift: 10pm to 7am

Support required during night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
