Key Responsibilities:

• Programme Management – Oversee L&D processes, manage LMS, class scheduling, and nominations.
• Data & Reporting – Track learning progress via dashboards, generate reports, and support system enhancements.
• Class & Cost Management – Plan schedules, optimize costs, handle learner queries, and coordinate with trainers.
• Vendor & Contract Management – Manage procurement, contract renewals, and vendor payments.
• Government Training Subsidies – Handle IBF accreditation, funding applications, and reimbursement processes.
• Strategic Initiatives – Lead L&D projects, drive change management, and improve learning governance.

Requirements:

• Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas)

• 1 year of banking experience
• Proactive & adaptable team player
