JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

1) Provide first-line support to users for hardware/software issues.

2) Troubleshoot basic network problems on Desktop and Laptop.

3) Install and configure operating systems and applications.

4) Troubleshoot connectivity issues for Desktop and Laptop.

5) Provide support for users.

6) To assist to update products image on company website.

Preferable to stay at west areas
