Are you an energetic and detail-oriented team player? We’re looking for a Operations Assistant to support our retail, event, and warehouse operations. If you enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Logistics & Delivery Support – Assist in delivering marketing materials such as prints, premiums, and collaterals to various locations.

• Visual Merchandising Assistance – Help set up and troubleshoot retail demos, displays, and installations.

• Deployment Preparation – Organize and prepare materials for field teams, ensuring seamless execution.

• Warehouse Maintenance – Keep the warehouse tidy, organized, and efficient for smooth operations.

• Event & Project Support – Assist in shifting and moving items for activations and deployments.

• General Operations Help – Handle ad hoc tasks to ensure workflow efficiency.
  

What We Need from You:

• Fluent in BOTH English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Experience in Visual Merchandising or IT Retail is a bonus but not essential.

• Able to work 5 days a week (10 AM – 7 PM), with occasional paid OT for urgent events and deployments.
