Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure 24x7 availability and performance of physical and cloud-based IT infrastructure.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching, configuration updates, and system health checks.
• Monitor infrastructure and application performance using IT monitoring tools; respond to alerts and incidents in a timely manner.
• Manage data backup, replication, and disaster recovery processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation, including configurations, procedures, and asset inventories.
• Oversee vendor and contractor activities related to infrastructure setup, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Handle procurement, invoicing, and vendor coordination for IT equipment and services.
• Support software license and maintenance agreement renewals.
• Implement system enhancements and upgrades in line with best practices and cybersecurity standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of data center facilities and IT assets.
• Manage access control and periodic attestation of IT services and resources
• Oversee service request and incident ticket routing via the IT service management system.
• Guide helpdesk support teams and ensure high-quality end-user support.
• Manage the lifecycle of end-user devices and software, including onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to EUC tools and services.
• Maintain accurate tracking of all EUC assets.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience in managing hybrid IT environments (on-premise and cloud).
• Solid understanding of IT operations, monitoring tools, and infrastructure best practices.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and service request workflows.
• Experience with vendor management, procurement, and asset lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance standards.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
