Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the stable operation, equipment debugging, testing, maintenance, replacement and transformation and upgrading of the company's office wired and wireless network equipment;

• Ensure the safe and stable operation and transformation and upgrading of the company's internal computer room, as well as the daily inspection and maintenance of weak current, network equipment and computer room.

• Provide IT support and services to internal employees, solve employees' IT incidents and needs in a timely manner, and ensure work efficiency.

• Daily maintenance and management of hardware and related equipment (computers, printers, projectors, security, etc.)

• Maintenance of other equipment

Job requirements

• 1- 2 years of IT-related experience, familiar with the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of common operating systems and various office software;

• Fluent Chinese to liaise with Chinese counterparts.

• Have a proficient grasp of common network equipment (such as switches, routers, firewalls, etc.) and be able to configure them normally;

• Familiar with mainstream network products and have a basic understanding of basic network architecture;

• Familiar with relevant network and system knowledge, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, SSLVPN, etc.;

• Be proactive, have good service awareness and strong sense of responsibility;

• Have certain stress resistance, good communication skills and desktop support capabilities
