Industry: Investment Management Firm
Location: Central
Working Hours: Monday Friday, 9am- 6pm
Basic + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Collect information, perform research, and analyze real estate.
• Focus on Real Estate Main focus in Singapore also in Uk, Australia and New Zealand
• Able to model waterfall models, development budgets, cashflow and investor return summary
• Assist the CIO to source for credible strategic and sovereign wealth fund investors
• Assist the CIO to manage investment bankers and financing proposal
• Assist the CIO to answer questions from investors
• Assist the CIO to prepare documents for investors Due Diligence
• Deep understanding of financial models
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of working experience in investment analysis, real estate, or related fields.
• Familiar with real estate markets in Singapore, UK, Australia, or New Zealand is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling, including waterfall models and cash flow analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills: familiarity with real estate analysis tools is a plus (e.g., Argus, CoStar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to do presentations for the project analysis
