Job summary

Seagate Technology in Singapore is seeking a creative Internal Communications Executive to support multi-site operations across Singapore and Malaysia. You will partner with Site Leads to implement site communication strategies across 6 sites, own end-to-end multimedia storytelling, manage SharePoint and digital displays, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in communications or related field.
• Fresh graduates or early-career candidates welcome with portfolio in writing, video, or media.

Responsibilities

• Draft crisp, engaging internal announcements, festive greetings, e-newsletters, and presentation decks.
• Own end-to-end multimedia storytelling including ideation, filming, and editing of short-form video assets and digital content.
• Partner with Site Leads to implement site internal communication strategies across 6 sites in Singapore (Woodlands, Shugart) and Malaysia (Johor, Penang).
• Manage and update internal news platforms, digital displays, SharePoint sites, and internal social media channels to maximize engagement.
• Assist in organizing quarterly hybrid All-Hands/Town Hall meetings, site connect sessions, and corporate initiatives.
• Experiment with AI workflows to optimize communication speed and quality and keep up with industry trends.
