Job summary

Keppel Technology Solutions is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator/Junior PM to help deliver infrastructure, networking, cloud and hardware projects in Singapore.

You will coordinate schedules, risks, meetings and documentation, work with engineers and vendors, and support multiple projects concurrently.

The role requires stakeholder management, strong communication, and familiarity with Waterfall/Agile methods.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of project coordination or junior project management experience.
• Exposure to infrastructure, server, networking, or cloud implementation projects.
• Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Maintain RAID logs, meeting minutes, and project reports.
• Work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales Solution Architects to document and present solutions during proposal stage
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.

Project Management Experience
