Job summary

U3 INFOTECH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an IT infrastructure support specialist to assist with Windows and Linux servers, perform basic file transfers, and help maintain documentation.

You will gain exposure to AWS, disaster recovery concepts, and monitoring tools, and contribute to root cause analysis and troubleshooting. Experience with PowerShell or shell scripting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows or Linux servers.
• Basic understanding of file transfer technologies (SFTP, FTP, FTPS).
• Exposure to AWS cloud services.
• Strong documentation and coordination skills.
• Experience with incident, problem, and service request management using ITSM tools.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues.
• Familiarity with server monitoring and alerting tools.
• Understanding of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery concepts.
• Exposure to shell scripting / PowerShell for basic automation and administrative tasks is an advantage.
