Working Day & Time: Monday - Friday, 9am-5.30pm

Salary Range: $2,800 - $3,500

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to manage and coordinate all work pass-related matters, ensuring compliance with Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and in charge of onboarding processes. The ideal candidate is responsible for end-to-end processing of work passes, renewals, cancellations, P-file creation and documentation for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
· Proven 2 years of experience in HR administration, work pass applications, onboarding or a related field.
· Experience with work pass application systems and client servicing in a recruitment setting is an advantage.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including Pivot Tables)
· Possession of a CEI (Certified Employment Intermediary) certification is a plus.
