Responsible for maintaining, updating & troubleshooting of employees’ digital HR files
Liaise with HR Business Partners on new hires’ onboarding and outstanding documents.
Maintaining the HR Shared services email inbox and ensuring that queries are resolved
Providing immigration services, advice and support to HR Business Partners on various work pass/ dependent pass matters
Liaising with external benefit provider vendor for benefit enrolment/termination, verifying employee’s insurance/ flex-benefits claims and processing insurance invoices.
Be the main point of contact to fulfill each entity’s online postings of job openings (i.e. MCF) in the local government hiring website.
Ensuring that other HR administrative duties as assigned, e.g. drafting of employment contracts and addendums/ updates in relevant HR systems are fulfilled within stipulated turnaround time
Ensuring that staff movement emails for new joiners/ leavers are sent out promptly.
Manage Employees’ benefits such as corporate passes and employee share plan.
Participate in ad hoc projects as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma / Degree in HR Management or other related qualifications.
Proficient with MS Word and Excel (Knowing VLookUp / Pivot Table is advantageous) and HRIS systems like Timesoft and SuccessFactors
