Our client is an established oil & gas company with a growing presence in Asia. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to join a lean and collaborative team with full exposure across the employee lifecycle.

Position Overview

As an HR Generalist, you will support the full spectrum of HR functions, with the opportunity to take on strategic initiatives based on performance and capability. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience from hire to exit, while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, employee records, payroll checking and vendor liaison, benefits administration, and MOM submissions. You will also support end-to-end recruitment, coordinate performance management cycles, appraisals, and training logistics, while maintaining up-to-date HR documentation and ensuring compliance with Singapore's employment regulations.



Requirements

You are degree-qualified with at least 4 years of HR experience. Experience in the oil & gas industry is preferred but not essential. You thrive in small, lean, and hands-on environments, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You have strong communication and organisational skills, high attention to detail, and maintain professionalism and discretion in handling confidential matters. Experience in multicultural or diverse team settings is a plus.
