Responsibilities
- Assist with interview scheduling, onboarding coordination, system updates, and visitor clearance for new hires.
- Handle full internship process including onboarding, document tracking, system updates, and offboarding.
- Manage and update physical and electronic personnel files, maintain document repositories.
- Review and clean HR datasets to resolve missing data, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
- Verify and input corrected data into HR systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare reports, process invoices, and assist with general administrative duties.
- Cover HRBP and internship roles when needed to ensure continuity of operations.
Talent
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant HR experience is highly preferred
- Relevant Experience Is An Advantage, But Not Required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup)
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration
