Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates welcome!
• Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Good understanding of typography, alignment, grids and layout principles.
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for visual consistency.
• Organised, reliable and able to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback.

Responsibilities

• Layout & Design - 80%: Assemble text, images, and graphics into polished layouts for digital and print formats based on established brand guidelines.
• Creative Support - 20%: Assist in brainstorming, creating basic visual assets, and adapting existing creative concepts for multi-channel use.
• Manage fonts, text formatting, paragraph styles and visual hierarchy.
• Ensure layouts are clean, consistent and easy to read, including multi-page documents.
• Crop, resize and optimise images for web and high-resolution commercial printing.
• Keep design files organised and easy to manage.
• Package and prepare final artwork accurately for production.
