Job summary

Persevio is seeking a Junior Full Stack Software Engineer in Singapore to contribute to mobile and backend development, build user-facing features, and help turn AI prototypes into production-ready solutions.

You will report to the engineering leadership and collaborate across application development, backend services, and applied AI implementation, contributing to both public sector and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with React Native for mobile apps.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.
• Strong builder mindset with ownership in fast-moving environments.
• Available to start by September for upcoming projects.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with in-person collaboration when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver mobile features using React Native with strong UX.
• Collaborate on AI-driven workflows, integrating LLMs and multi-step reasoning into production services.
• Write clean, reliable, and observable code meeting security standards for public and private sector projects.
• Participate in sprint cycles and work with engineering teams to hit milestones.
