Job Scope:
Assist in the precise mixing, piping, baking, and assembling of traditional French macarons and tartes, ensuring consistency in texture, flavor, and appearance.
Prepare and measure ingredients accurately, including almond flour, ganache, fruit fillings, and pâte sucrée, while maintaining proper storage and inventory control.
Assist in decorating macarons with fillings, glazes, and delicate garnishes, and ensure tartes are beautifully crafted with smooth creams, fruits, and edible embellishments.
Follow strict recipes and techniques to achieve authentic French pastry standards, troubleshoot baking issues, and maintain high product quality.
Keep workstations, equipment, and utensils clean, follow HACCP and food safety standards, and ensure proper handling of dairy, eggs, and perishable ingredients.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: S$2,300 – S$2,800

Working hours:
Monday to Friday: 9.30am – 6pm
Saturday: 9.30am – 1pm
Sunday off
Requirements:
Open to Singaporeans and local residents only
Need minimally 1-year relevant experience
Basic knowledge of French pastries
Passionate and willing to learn
Good working attitude and team player
