Job description

Job Scope:

  • Assist in the precise mixing, piping, baking, and assembling of traditional French macarons and tartes, ensuring consistency in texture, flavor, and appearance.

  • Prepare and measure ingredients accurately, including almond flour, ganache, fruit fillings, and pâte sucrée, while maintaining proper storage and inventory control.

  • Assist in decorating macarons with fillings, glazes, and delicate garnishes, and ensure tartes are beautifully crafted with smooth creams, fruits, and edible embellishments.

  • Follow strict recipes and techniques to achieve authentic French pastry standards, troubleshoot baking issues, and maintain high product quality.

  • Keep workstations, equipment, and utensils clean, follow HACCP and food safety standards, and ensure proper handling of dairy, eggs, and perishable ingredients.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: S$2,300 – S$2,800

  • AWS

Working hours:

Monday to Friday: 9.30am – 6pm
Saturday: 9.30am – 1pm
Sunday off

Requirements:

  • Open to Singaporeans and local residents only

  • Need minimally 1-year relevant experience

  • Basic knowledge of French pastries

  • Passionate and willing to learn

  • Good working attitude and team player
