Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a driven FP&A professional for a 6-month contract at our Woodlands office. You will work closely with business partners to consolidate weekly outlooks, analyze actuals, and support budgeting, closing, and forecasting processes.

The role also covers fixed asset costing, data correlation and analysis, and process improvements. Degree in Accountancy/Finance is required, with internship in Big 4 and strong Excel skills; exposure to Power BI/Tableau is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Prior internship in a Big 4 firm (Audit/Assurance).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in financial planning, reporting, and business partnering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Exposure to data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, KNIME, or Alteryx will be advantageous.

• Contract duration: 6 months contract (possibility to extend depend on performance and business needs)
